It is a very satisfying job. I want to make sure families are happy and completely satisfied with the services we offer them. We listen to them so our services match their needs and expectations.
How long have you been a location manager?
I have worked for Blackwell Funerals for 23 years and I have been a location manager for over 7 years.
What do you enjoy in your spare time?
I love nature, being outdoors and trekking. I have the chance to live close to the rivers which allows me to go fishing, one of my passions since 30 years.
Are there any special community groups you work with or support?
Our funeral home is very active in community life. We sponsor local events and partner with bowling clubs.
