Blackwell Funerals is proud to be Australian owned. We are committed to meeting and exceeding the needs of every family we serve. We do this by helping you with the decisions that make a funeral service a meaningful and heartfelt experience for you and your family. We provide dignified, respectful funeral services for all faiths and communities.
We are one of South Australia's most trusted funeral service providers and we commit ourselves to serving you respectfully, fairly and honestly. We will be completely open about our fees, and of course we comply with all State and Federal requirements that have been set up for your protection.
We also commit ourselves to supporting you and your family through what can be an emotional time. We will do this by giving you time during the arrangement process, by supporting you at a funeral service that is a fitting farewell to your loved one, and by supporting you after the funeral is over.

Customer feedback
Blackwell Funerals are always looking to improve so that we can be the very best funeral directors we can.
We take pride in providing the highest levels of service to the people of South Australia and we love to hear from satisfied families. We also understand that, at times, you may feel there are issues that have not been resolved to your complete satisfaction.
To ensure your views are heard, we have a feedback procedure. Compliments or complaints can be made at one of our funeral homes, via the form on this website or by filling in our customer survey which is sent approximately 21 days after the funeral service.
Once your feedback is received, you will be contacted by a manager who will respond to your feedback quickly and efficiently. We will seek to find a resolution you are completely happy with.
